	<li>Content Calendar: Set and manage a detailed content calendar to plan and execute marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities.</li>
	<li>Visual Content Creation: Work closely with graphic designers or use digital design tools to create compelling visuals for campaigns and social media posts.</li>
	<li>Design captivating materials, including photos, frames, promotion materials, certificates, announcements, etc., for social media campaigns.</li>
	<li>Social Media Management: Oversee all company social media accounts, including content creation, posting schedules, and engagement strategies to grow our online community and enhance brand visibility. Develop compelling written content that resonates with the target audience and complements the visual elements.</li>
	<li>Community Management: Actively engage with our audience across digital platforms, responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.</li>
	<li>Campaign Planning: Plan, execute, and measure digital marketing campaigns across various channels, adjusting strategies based on analytics and performance data.</li>
	<li>&nbsp;Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.</li>

	<li>Experience in designing materials targeting youth.</li>
	<li>Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.</li>
	<li>Proficiency with social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) and content management systems.</li>
	<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li>
	<li>Creative thinker with strong skills in graphic design and content creation.</li>
	<li>Ability to work independently and in a team environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.</li>
